Who is Lauren?

I began performing ceremonies in 2013. My very first was performed on the 50 yard line of a football field! Since that day, I’ve performed over 150 ceremonies in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and even North Carolina.

When I’m not performing ceremonies, I am a representative payee for adults struggling with mental illness, substance abuse and chronic homelessness. I compete along the East Coast as a strongman athlete. I’m a dog mom to two, a wife to one and a graduate student.

This is a big, important, stressful day! I take pride in being the easiest part of it.

I believe in love.

Everyone has the right to find and celebrate love. I am proudly LGBTQ+ friendly.

Laughter makes the heart smile.

I’m a goof. I love adding soft, bright humor to everything - including your ceremony. Your guests will laugh at the silly stories, they’ll cry at the touching moments - they’ll feel like they’ve been by your side the whole time.

“Lauren was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of wedding planning and getting to the big day! She was so easy to work with and ensured that we understood the ceremony process and that it was made uniquely to my husband and I. It was an extremely cold day for our outdoor ceremony and Lauren ensured that it was concise but all encompassing! Would highly recommend Lauren!”
